It's a political philosophy on world peace knowing that the root cause of political problems is Authoritarian hierarchical power over others. Controlling others with Hate & Fear for the sake of hierarchical control over them is emotional / psychological manipulation, that's Social Hierarchy, and NOT acceptable in Anarchism or even Leftism !
